چکیده
Küme baş ağrısı, trigeminal otonomik sefaljilerin bir üyesidir. Aralıklı küme baş ağrısı haftalar veya aylar sürerken, kronik küme baş ağrısı düzelme olmaksızın 1 yıldan fazla devam eden veya düzelme periyodunun bir aydan az olduğu ağrılardır. Kronik küme baş ağrısı olguların %10-15’ini oluşturmaktadır.[1] Bu yazıda profilaktik ilaçlardan sadece pregabaline yanıt veren ilaca dirençli küme baş ağrısı olgusu sunulmuştur.
